Description and characteristics

- Process: Semi-washed honey process. The fruit skin is removed while some pulp remains. The coffee undergoes initial alcoholic fermentation followed by sun drying as fermentation continues.
- Type and varietals: 100% Arabica, Red Catuai and Caturra
- Origin: Apante, Matagalpa, Nicaragua
- Batch: A single farm lot
- Aftertaste: Strawberry, almonds, caramel, chocolate and flowers
